Our first encounter with any new client begins with an in-depth conversation. We ask a lot of questions! Once we understand your needs – and what you want to accomplish – we create a completely customized program or facilitation program to meet your specific goals.
For example, do you need to improve communication throughout your organization? Enhance team building to improve morale? Facilitate a strategic planning session? Once you tell us what you need, we’ll bring in the right people to design, develop, and deliver a fully customized program to meet your organization’s unique needs.
We may suggest a pilot project.
If accomplishing your goals requires a large or complex program, we may suggest a pilot project. This enables us to deliver a program to a small group, assess its success, and make small course corrections as needed.
Once training begins, we often continue to make adjustments.
Too often, training is delivered in a conference room – and the participants’ learnings are left behind in that conference room. For Monitor, that’s not acceptable. That’s why we focus on delivering a program that meets the mark.
To that end, our Monitor team meets at the end of every project day. We discuss the questions your team asked throughout the day and examine what worked well or didn’t work well. This is real-time program adjustments, based on open and honest feedback with your team and ours. This desire to provide the best program possible to meet your goals ─ coupled with our flexibility and willingness to adapt ─ enables us to truly help you solve your real-world challenges.
